The Electrical division provides full service electrical construction to commercial, institutional, and industrial clients and is professionally oriented and technically structured to handle design/build, plan and spec or cost plus projects.  The EC&M professional staff of estimators, project managers and site superintendents is capable of handling multi-million dollar plan and specification projects.  All projects are managed and controlled through the EC&M Project Delivery System and utilizes the EC&M's in-house design and engineering capabilities.  From project inception through design to construction and final inspections, project documentation is detailed and is an integral part of the EC&M’s Project Delivery System.  Our fully integrated custom software system combined with our experienced staff makes us the perfect partner to provide cost plus with shared savings services for projects with expandable and complicated scopes of work. 

Recent design/build and specification projects have included Middle and High Schools, chemical plants, shopping malls, warehouse distribution and commercial buildings.  Full electrical service is provided by the Electrical Service Division.
