Electrical Controls and Maintenance is a Class A electrical contractor, incorporated in the state of Virginia in 1996 with the main office in Richmond, Virginia.  Electrical Controls and Maintenance (EC&M) has three successful growing divisions.  The three divisions provide clients with a full line of services.  The divisions include the Electrical Division, Security Division and the Electrical Service Division.  The company divisions are professionally and technically staffed for design/buildout of projects, spec projects, and cost plus projects. 

EC&M clients include state and federal institutions, industrial and commercial facilities.  Our geographical coverage is focused on the Mid Atlantic states to include Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and the District of Columbia.
